We offer payment via Klarna where you can choose to pay by invoice, card or a transfer via your bank. When you choose payment by invoice, you have 14 days to pay the invoice from when your order is shipped from our warehouse. The invoice will be emailed to your registered email address. We don't have any fees no matter what payment method you choose to use. We have a unit shipping of 79 SEK within Sweden, no matter how many products you order. Sample pieces we ship free of charge. We use Schenker for the most part for shipping our products. This allows you to easily pick up the mats at the nearest agent/delivery point, which is often a service shop or gas station, near you. The mats remain for 14 days with the agent before they are returned to us. Also be sure to enter the correct e-mail when registering a purchase with us. An order confirmation will be sent to this e-mail address. If your mat is wider than 170 cm, delivery is made directly to your home in the daytime after notification. This is because larger goods cannot be taken care of by the agents. The shipping company will then contact you by phone where you will agree on the time of delivery.

Normal delivery time is between 2-6 days, depending on the mat/product. At the bottom of the carpet's product description, it says how long the delivery time is for the current mat. We reserve whether the carpets or products run out. If the carpet is out of stock and it needs to be woven or tied up on your behalf, it will take longer. Then we will contact you and give you a new delivery message. Reservation at completion.

Delivery delay
If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail or by telephone. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays with the exception of special order. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example, when our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Partial delivery of carpets
If you order more than one product and if one of these is not in stock, we also wait for the other product to come into stock before your order is shipped. If delivery takes more than 14 days, we will ship the product in stock immediately. We deliver the other products to you at no additional shipping cost, when we receive delivery from our supplier.

Cancellation is made by contacting by phone or e-mail. Cancellation after the carpets have been shipped is not possible. In cases where the mats have already been shipped, the customer is obliged to receive the order. However, once the mat has been received, the right of withdrawal applies as follows. Cancellation of a specially ordered carpet, which has been acquired or completed specifically for the customer, is not possible. This also applies to special products that are a so-called order item.

Right of withdrawal/ open purchase 90 days
According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. However, we offer 90 days return. The return right applies from the time we have sent your order and not for special orders. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom goods or products manufactured on order. It can also be special items where, for example, we cut according to your measurements or products that are not normal stock products with us or our suppliers. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be in the unaltered state, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the item but of course carefully examine it. Right of withdrawal - how to return your order
Once you have notified us that you wish to return all or part of the order, we will send you a bill of lading that you put on the package. Upon return, we will refund the full amount including your shipping fee. When you return, a return cost of $0 will be added within the United Kingdom. If you supplement with the evening liver, you will actually be charged shipping costs for pick-up at your home. In the case of returns outside Sweden, the customer is responsible for the return handling and shipping costs. Packages not collected
Packages that are not collected from the shipping company within 14 days will be returned to us. You as a customer have not fulfilled your obligations for the right of withdrawal and will thus be liable for payment. For unclaimed packages, we invoice the customer 495 SEK.

Not at home on delivery
Most orders delivered to your home are notified by phone in advance from the Shipping Company. If you are not at home according to the announced agreed time, the shipping company needs to drive out your package again. For every time you are not in place after notification, there is 350 SEK at each time. This only applies when the shipping company has announced in consultation with you as a customer.

All warranties on products are provided by us as well as our suppliers and manufacturers. Of course, we comply with the Consumer Sales Act and complaints within 6 months from the date of purchase are processed accordingly.
