Hand-tied Wool Rug Heads White

Ulrica Hydman Vallien has designed the Ladylike rug. She's one of our most beloved artists. Ulrica is also known outside Sweden as she has great international success. The motifs of Ulrika are familiar with most of her meandering snakes, tulips and painted faces. Motven is available on glass, airplanes and mobile phones all over the world. She is very famous for her glass and acrylic paintings, but she also produces ceramics, watercolors and carpets. The rugs are made of wool from New Zealand, wool specially selected with the fat, long fibers that make the carpet extra exclusive. The carpets are hand-tied, washed several times to make the wool soft and fine. When finishing, the carpet is marked and an extra sewing is done to ensure the quality of each mat. The carving in the pattern emphasizes the design and gives the carpet an exclusive impression.
